Used by cafés, hotels, Airbnbs, offices, and retail shops to make guest WiFi effortless.
Type your network name (SSID), password, and security type. WPA/WPA2 is correct for most home and business routers.
Your WiFi QR code is created instantly. Pick a design and size — from a small counter card to a full-page sign — and customise the text.
Download a 300 DPI PNG and print it on cardstock. Place it on tables, at the entrance, on the fridge, or wherever guests will see it first.
Guests scan once and connect. No hunting for a sticky note, no mistyped passwords, no interrupting staff to ask for the WiFi again.
The QR code is scanned, not read. Your actual password never appears on the sign — only the encoded QR pattern that connects the device automatically.
iOS, Android, and most modern phones can read WiFi QR codes natively through the camera app — no extra software needed.
Changed your password? Just generate a new QR code with the new credentials and reprint. The sign design stays the same.

Yes. The password is encoded into the QR pattern, not printed as readable text. Scanning the code triggers the phone's automatic WiFi connection — the actual password string is never displayed on the sign.
WPA/WPA2 is correct for the vast majority of modern routers. If your router is very old (pre-2004) it may use WEP. If your network has no password, choose 'No password (open)'.
Yes. iOS 11 and later (iPhone 5s and newer) can read WiFi QR codes directly through the built-in Camera app. Android has supported them natively since Android 10, and most manufacturers added support earlier.
Generate a new QR code with the updated password and reprint the sign. The old QR code will stop working as soon as the password changes.
The password is never shown as text — only as an encoded QR pattern. You can add whatever text you like to the headline and sub-copy fields to describe the network.
Yes, completely. No account, no subscription. Generate and download as many WiFi QR code signs as you need.
